Welcome to the Worcester Property Owners Association's Website. Membership is the lifeblood for our continued success. WPOA is committed to bringing our members important information that will help them manage their property with as few problems as possible.  We strive to have our meetings informative, helpful and enjoyable.  We have many tools to help you towards that end, ranging from the landlord's associations manual to discount summary process forms and everything in between.

WPOA, along with other landlord associations, continues to be politically active.  We are part of a larger organization known as The Massachusetts Rental Housing Association (MRHA). MRHA is trying to make the landlord-tenant laws more equitable, and your membership will add strength to that struggle. We welcome your participation.
