Objectives

1. The purpose of the Worcester Property Owners Association is to encourage the unity of landlords, improve communications with tenants associations: thus creating sound beneficial management practices and stability in the rental housing business.

   2.   Every meeting seeks to educate property owners on how to run their business.

   3.    Exchanging ideas between successful property owners.

   4.   Networking among property owners, other organizations and government entities.

   5.   Working to protect property owners rights through legislation.

   6.   Encourage open communication among local and state governing offices.
