Councilor Barbara Haller will be our guest speaker for the evening. She is the chairperson on the advisory council for the "unruly party" ordinance that was proposed by councilor Mike Germain. (There is a copy of the ordinance available on our website)  
 

She was kind enough to meet with three of our board members last month and after discovering many parts of the ordinance that would be in contrast to the laws, offered to come to our meeting to get our members input as to how the city could address the “outrageous party” concerns that takes place primarily around college campuses.   
 

The objective of our November meeting will be to gather some constructive feedback in a discovery type fashion from the responsible property owners in the city, like ourselves, so we can contribute to a solution that will help us and the city.  
 

This WILL NOT be and attack on Councilor Haller nor should it be a shouting session.

Remember this is a business and should not be taken as a personal attack on property owners and we must convey our message in a professional manner.  
 

This is the city asking us to be part of the solution. What we need to do as responsible property owners is express our ideas and concerns to Councilor Haller so she can convey them to the advisory council. 
 

We ask that you please bring your ideas, concerns and possible solutions to a problem that will best serve all parties concerned.  
 

We would like to leave the latter part of the evening open to coffee and socializing for networking purposes and to get to know your fellow members and board members.
