ClickOnRent.com is an online classified advertising service to help renters find their next home and to give landlords an organized and affordable website to post their rental properties. They provide a site that is local and inclusive, showing the availability of residential rentals of all types: single-family homes, duplexes, multi-family units, apartment complexes, studios, and rooms. You can go to their “about us” tab on their web page to learn more.
Our main speaker is Jamie Williamson from Massachusetts Fair Housing Center. Jamie serves as it’s Executive Director.
She will be speaking on advertising your rental property, what you can and can NOT put in an AD as well as lead issues and the proper rental application.
Much like our meetings with Worcester Housing Court, this is a great opportunity to ask questions and get the details you need to operate your properties within the legal guide lines and avoid any future conflicts with the law.
